Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens, and sometimes schedules change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. This allows us to accommodate other clients and manage our schedule effectively.

  • Cancellations made with at least 48 hours’ notice: Your deposit can be applied to a future appointment or service within 90 days.
  • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice: The deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to reschedule.
  • No-shows: If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment and fail to notify us in advance, the deposit will be forfeited, and future bookings will require a new deposit.
