Terms & Conditions of Service – Intense Audio & Performance

At Intense Audio & Performance, we are passionate about delivering quality service and ensuring our customers leave with the ride of their dreams. To ensure a smooth process and to respect everyone’s time and investment, we’ve outlined the following Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. By scheduling a service with us or using our website, you agree to these policies.

Walk-Ins Welcome, Appointments Preferred

We’re always happy to welcome walk-ins, but customers with appointments will be given priority. To avoid waiting, we encourage you to schedule an appointment in advance.

Deposits for Appointments

When booking an appointment, a deposit may be required to confirm your spot, depending on the services requested. This deposit is applied to the total balance of your service.

  • If you miss your appointment or arrive more than 15 minutes late, your deposit will be non-refundable and will not apply to your project balance.
  • Some services do not require a deposit, but any deposit made is to ensure the reservation of time for your project.

Project Timelines

Every project is unique, and we’ll provide an estimated timeline upfront. Please note that while we strive to meet deadlines, we reserve the right to extend project timelines if needed and will keep you informed.

No Cash Refunds

All sales are final, and we do not offer cash refunds. If necessary, store credit will be issued for future services or products.

Warranty Work

We stand by our craftsmanship and offer warranty services, subject to the following:

  • All warranty work requires an appointment.
  • You must present the original sales receipt for warranty claims. No receipt means no warranty—no exceptions.
  • Warranty claims must be submitted to the manufacturer for approval before any repairs begin.

Vehicle Pick-Up and Storage Policies

Once your project is complete, you have 7 business days to pick up your vehicle after being notified. After this period, a storage fee of $85/day will be charged. Vehicles or products left for more than 30 days will be disposed of or sold to recover costs.

Vehicle Release Policy

Vehicles will only be released once the repair bill is paid in full. Please arrange for proper payment before the project is completed to ensure a smooth release.

Rush and After-Hours Services

  • Rush service fee: $500 (This fee is in addition to the cost of services and parts and does not apply to your total balance.)
  • After-hours service fee: $150 per hour (Must be agreed upon in advance.)

No Access to Work Areas

For safety reasons, customers are not allowed in work areas. We appreciate your understanding in maintaining a safe workspace.

Liability Disclaimer

While your vehicle is in our care, we take precautions to protect it. However, we are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to vehicles or contents left on our premises. Please remove all valuables before leaving your vehicle with us.

Service Refusal

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion, helping us maintain high standards of quality and professionalism.

After-Hours Pick-Up and Late Fees

Work requested after closing hours (5:30 PM) will incur a $150/hour fee. Please pick up your vehicle during business hours to avoid extra charges.
