At Intense Audio, we take pride in the quality of our work and the products we provide. To ensure customer satisfaction, we offer the following warranty coverage on installations and products purchased through our shop:
Installation Warranty
- All installations performed by Intense Audio are covered by a 1 year warranty from the date of installation.
- This warranty covers any defects in workmanship related to the installation of audio, video, lighting, or other custom systems.
- The warranty does not cover damage caused by abuse, misuse, improper maintenance, accidents, modifications, or any third-party repairs.
Product Warranty
- All products purchased through Intense Audio come with the manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty periods and terms may vary depending on the manufacturer.
- If a product purchased from us fails within the manufacturer’s warranty period, we will assist in facilitating any necessary warranty claims with the product manufacturer.
- Warranties on customer-provided equipment are subject to the terms and conditions set by the original manufacturer. We are not responsible for any defects or issues related to customer-provided products.
Warranty Exclusions
- Damage caused by improper use, abuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.
- Installation or repairs performed by third parties.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Custom fabricated parts that have been modified post-installation.
